Theory and Driving Tests

Before booking a practical driving test, check the eligibility rules, theory test requirement and current DVSA arrangements.

A clear outline of the practical test can help you prepare: what to bring, the test stages and how the examiner assesses your drive.

A steady revision routine can make the theory test feel more manageable. Review the question format, hazard perception and practical support options.
